JB was looking at a $100,000 tax bill in NZ. He is not legally required to pay, based on the terms and conditions of his VAC contract. His choices were to pay the 100k or get a letter documenting that the required Vietnamese taxes were paid.

And some people here think that he should have just cut a check? Which of you would have passively done that? Bueller?

Nice to see Tanua is back with his attacks and overwrought prose. Always the drama queen. To begin with, the contractor was asked about this situation and gave the pilot the runaround. What should he have done then?

And as to JB's desire to move from the UK to new Zealand, that's his private decision and none of your business, mate.

the grove-

It has taken you 6 months to respond to my last post & you show so much dismay. Surely you would have posted much sooner if your sentiments are so strong?

Your legacy in Vietnam was the nickname -"November Charlie" as at the conclusion of any lunch/dinner or drinks- shared with Aviators concluded with you advising you had no cash

chopper2-The Grove=J---- B-----

NO CASH B-----

I am not your mate & you totally lack any credibility!
