I didn't join the programme. I called them and asked for information. They sended me back an email with both programme they have (727-200 &737-200).
They want 45K usd for the 737-200 + one year contract and 40K usd for the 727-200 + one year contract ... I think are too much money for old airplanes like 722 or 732.

I gave up with them
I spoke on the phone to the gentleman named on the ad and he was very scant with details. I said I don't send 10k to the bank account of someone I have never met or for a contract I haven't read.
Considering a type on a 727 or 722 is less than 10k I would steer clear. If you want to spend that much you can at least go to Lion Air and fly a 739 and get a 3 year contract so at least you consolidate what you have learnt. Dont get me wrong I dont agree with pay to fly but if your going to do it at least do one that will give you experience with something that wont limit you to flying in Africa.

Sounds/looks like another scam to make money out of desperate, unemployed CPL holders.
If you are stupid enough to pay these people $45K then you deserve what you get imho.

Go to "Google Earth" to see what their offices look like.
13091 NW, 43rd Ave (A#1),
Opa Locka,
FL- 33054, U.S.A.
After you've taken an indepth look at their offices... Show it to your parents as they will be paying your way to the right seat of the Boeing. then all of you decide if you would risk the family's hard earned money on these shysters.

cadet pilot programme
it could considered if its paid to a legitimately operating airline
however an airline has training facilities ...... & usually recoup their training costs as you fly the line as a junior pilot. its not usual for airlines to collect money from prospective employees
