Find out where your PMR is at present. If now it has reached the AFS then apply for a new appointment date at the same AFS.

Application for NOC:

Thumbs up

Have you gone through the DGCA website thoroughly?
Coz i seem to remember, there is something mentioned as to the procedure to apply for NOC and the documents required to be attached. Also mentioned is the email address to apply at and the form for NOC.

It has option of either
i NOC being sent to your address
ii NOC being sent alongwith the PMR file to the med. authority
iii NOC being kept at DGCA for personally collecting it

getting an NOC is no biggie and is generally approved for all, so follow what that link says and relax
