Any one from Indian CPL holders Tried Africa?
Hello my all indian CPL mates,
I was wondering if anyone of us have tried the much anticipated (rather a much favourable for low timers) african bush flying aviation or anything close to it? if anyone can share their personal experience regarding the same, it would me much appreciated.
Hoping to hear something from you folks. Cheers

I am interested in this answer too.
I have come across a few posts by Indians who claim that they tried this route. However, no one provided any further info.
Really looking forward to this option. Waiting to hear from the experienced ones about this.

I mailed this org. few days back, and got this reply from them:-
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your CV and interest in Wilderness Air.
We are not hiring at the moment. However, CV's are filed for six months, as is policy in our company. When we require crew, we contact short-listed candidates for an interview in person.
All non-Namibian citizens require a work visa/permit to work in Namibia. We have been experiencing extreme difficulties in obtaining these from the Ministry of Home Affairs, and this is beyond our control. Consequently, we prefer hiring Namibian crew i.e. citizens of the country. Should none be available, we revert to the (foreign) CVs on file.
Good luck in your search for employment!
Kind regards.

G'day lads
Sending CV's to African companies does not work. You might get a reply, you might not get a reply. Higher chances are you won't.
The only guys I've seen getting jobs in Africa are the one's who packed up their bags and went knocking at every CP's doors. Not to put you guys down or be a racist, they are more inclined in hiring guys from US, Europe, Aus and NZ. "I" haven't come across any Indian's flying bush in Africa. Maybe there are a few flying for aero clubs and all. But bush/charter, am yet to find one.
