DGCA, 10+2 with matchs and physics
I have finished my 10+2 in commerce a few years back, will DGCA accept 10+2 in Maths and Physics from The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)?
http://www.nios.ac.in/index.htm
Also is just passing Maths and Physics enough or is there a minimum required percentage?
Thanks

Hello,hope someone could help me??URGENT
Have done the same with maths and physics(NIOS) and my 5th subject was hindi in which i got 62.Marksheet says 62 but in there website where we put our roll number to check our marks-says i am AB(absent) in hindi(Just saw that at the last time preparations).
On repeatedly calling them they said it is an error and for which they require atleast 6 months for the online system to show revised results...Now in another 1 months time i was about to submit all the docs required for licence to dgca with the originals, but now i am worried what should i do with the nios 12th marksheet as my marks(for hindi) in marksheet are different from what the online marks are showing???
Some questions??Please help.
1)Does dgca double check marksheet with the online marks-then in that case i have to wait for another 6 months for there poor servers to show my correct result?
2)Does DGCA only consider maths and physics marks and not bother for the other subjects-as couple of mates told me as far as you have passed math and physics no need to worry. But Still?
3)Verification of marks from NIOS or CBSE-i din't get that in hand so a question-does it only mention that you have passed OVERALL or each subjects marks are mentioned?
SORRY FOR MAKING IT A LONG POST.
Help would be highly highly appreciated.
Thanks.

online result are provisional .what is published in marksheet is final.
you can get verification letter from NOIS about your mark sheet and certificates .
and verification states same that is wht DGCA will follow.
u need to get verification letter , DGCA wont issue ..license unless it is verified from concerned board .

Thanks a lot for your reply...Are you cent percent sure brother that they don't cross check marksheet marks with the online marks.??As its very important for me to know before submitting all the stuff???
And can you please tell me. Is verification done for each subject separately or verification letter is for a overall pass?
Thanks.

there shouldn't be any problem... have you done your flying from India? if yes then take a letter from your flying training institute for certificate verification, you can yourself visit them with the letter, they'll give the verification on the same day if not then next day... be extra nice n polite to them (govt. dept) they have a office in noida your location say Delhi so visiting them in person shouldn't be a problem..
N if you have done your flying from abroad still for verification you can request them without any letter. they are sometime nice you can try your luck..
N DGCA they are only interested in the paper of verification you will submit. N online verification DGCA people are as good as illiterate so don't worry about it

DGCA will refer to verification letter submitted by you or if they want to verify themselves they will send a written letter requesting verification to NOIS,
this is way works for govt organization .
verification is done for marksheet and certificates no for single subjects
