one of the recruiters/principals is Captain Pan Jong, formerly of shenzhen airlines. he was the vp of flight ops , and a rising star. speaks perfect english and is a early thirties, smart chinese executive. he left SZA in dec 2010 to go to usa. many think air china taking over SZA had something to do it....the old guard didn't like his style. I would recommend him....he has a colleague by the name of cindy chan who is on linkedin.com
