Can't be picky. Totally agreed.. Btw, pilots in charter companies? How about them? If the charter service provider is an international one, the guy would be having quite a good time? I like the idea of working in some elite luxury charter service provider, won't it be quite definite that they'd be kept in a comfortable zone. And there comes job security, Idk about the rest of the world but here in india, this is booming... Ofcourse developed countries, they'd be close to saturated in this..

I also am curious to know how can a pilot diversify himself? When goes beyond service of 15 years, isn't that a good number? Like, i see that they get to take up roles like executive, management, technical pilots.. well their names gives me an idea about their role, but i'd be glad to hear it from some1 professional..
