Hey
Just bringing it up again, as start dates are getting closer
....so, what's the scoop?
I'm still thinking about it, but how big is it going to be, and what have you heard about the conditions?
Where to live?
Narita is close, inexpensive, but boring.
I want to be closer to the city....but am woried about the commute for sign on.
Anyone have thoughts on this?

Well what I do know is you need the JCAB (Japan) licence which takes something in the order of 6 months to get, redoing your ATPL subjects for them, and Jetstar Japan are not paying you a wage while thats happening!
So its pretty much the guys already over there getting the jobs.
As for the commute, don't forget its the land of the real high speed train.
You might also want to do some internet research on background radiation in certain places in Japan of late.
