Review the thread on this issue If you are looking at the Lion Air "Pay to Play" program.
If you are looking for a plane generic 737 type rating then one can be gotten in the US for under $8,000 if meet certain minimum requirements.
There's Higher Power in Texas, and Pan Am International Flight Training Academy in Miami.
For more money both can provide full training in the NG type simulator.
