Q400 or B737
Ive heard Spicejet has called some 15 guys from the CPL batch on 15th December 2012. Can anyone confirm if those people have been inducted for Q400 or B737??

So Guys, the confirmed news is -

1) 14 candidates inducted on 3rd Dec on Q400s.

2) 15 lacs upfront for the training in Sweden, 12 lacs post dated cheques (deducted from your salary) with a bond of 5years.

3) 14 Type rated FO on B737 have also joined on the 3rd itself.

And 15 appx from the CPL batch joining on 14th Jan for the B737...that finishes the backlog for 2012.

When does SG gives appoinment letter???means immediately after interviews or later???does they give stipend after selection or after type rating only???

From what I've heard SG offers you sign the contract a few days after the interviews are conducted considering you've been seleccted and stipend is credited to your account once you start your ground classes at Gurgaon.

hi,
as per a friend of mine in Chennai ( sun group) , spicejet will not be hiring anytime soon due to their plan for inducting new planes this year is changed .
and before anyone asks, yes my source is reliable
