You can access the Indonesian Tourism Website.

Visit Indonesia - Official Website for Indonesia Tourism and Travel Information

Travel and document requirements are contained on this website

best place where to stay and affordable for pilot
For short term stays or fact finding trips, personally, I use Orbitz and Hotels.com. If you are employed by an airline, they may have a list of hotels that offer discounts to employees. An expat residing in Indo can provide information relating to long term accommodations.

important document that i have to bring from the state
Entry documents can be found on the Indonesian Website.

If you are hunting for a flying job, then at the least, a current CV, log book(s), current medical, radio operators certificate, airman certificate(s). You may also wish to obtain a letter from your aviation agency substantiating your airman certificate(s), no accident or violation history, and validation of your medical certificate.

what airport is best to entry
Customs and Immigration are basically the same at most international airports.

All the best and enjoy the adventure.

best to link up with some contacts in the airline office in Jakarta and fix prior appointments, most airline managers will not entertain a walk in looking for a job.

NEVER APPLY WITH SKYLINK AGENCY

If you want to get more information about this agency, have a look in this group page created by a srewed pilot and he is not the only one.

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Natio...233?ref=stream

Go in Indoneisa, but don't apply with sriwijaya air ans certainly not through National skylink agency or skylink in Jakarta, IT IS MONEY LOST, many people paid 26000 dollars for a line training through this agency and will never fly, it is the shame of aviation industry those guys

Just go to the Top Gun Bar and hang out at night. You will make contacts their. Also plenty of reasonable to cheap hotels in the area. Do not spend all your money the first night.

Visa on arrival for 25/30 days which is available at immigration at the airport.

best place where to stay and affordable for pilot
Backpackers in Jalan Jaksa are pretty cheap. But if you look on agoda, you can find nice hotels for $40-$60 a night. Try getting one slightly north of central Jakarta.

important document that i have to bring from the state.
Better to bring everything but make photocopies and always present the photocopy first and then the original. Be mindful of your belongings.

Also, learn a few Indonesian words/sentences as not everyone is going to be speaking fluent english. Try using Bluebird/Express taxis only. Plenty of nice bars/clubs/massage places and always use protection.

Anyway, best of luck and let us know how you go.

place to stay: u can rent furnished apartments daily/weekly/monthly for pretty cheap price. here is a link

Sewa Apartemen | Apartment Disewakan | Jakarta Apartments For Rent

there is only one airport in jakarta for international arrivals CGK, west jakarta. if u r looking for a job in small charter companies mostly operating single engines, u better live close to Halim perdanakusuma airport HLP east jakarta

always take Blue bird or Express taxi.

some new regulations might make it harder for u to get a job but its worth trying. good luck
