SQ A380 Low Speed abort , wheels locked
About 2130 hrs 25 Sept 11 local time, SQA380 , SQ 277 did a low speed abort on RW 20C. Apparently the wheels locked and RW 20C was closed.
Is normal for the wheels get locked at low speed abort?
