Here is what happened, Local crew get RA...Local crew panicks, switches off autopilot..Local crew cant handfly, loses control of aircraft... Local crew switches autopilot back on and the day is saved

Or..wake turbulence causes autopilot to disconnect...see above.

Preliminary investigation results suggest just midair turbulence. No other aircraft in vicinity, no loss of separation, no TCAS advisory, no wake turbulence. End of story.
