From what I've gathered till now, it seems like a bunch of psychological tests, group discussions and interviews, depending of course on how far you get. I really wish I had some concrete info.

Wow! Came across a wonderful website. Seems pretty similar to what superdunkaroos' thread states.

Still not completely sure whether this is applicable for Coast guard also, or only Air force, Navy, Army.
