Questions about NOC from DGCA for type rating
Hello Prruners
What is the procedure for obtaining the NOC ( No Objection Certificate) if you want to go for a type rating outside of India?
When I went to the DGCA in Delhi the Officer in the Flight Inspection division would not really explain how to get one. He just said fill out an application on blank paper and submit it in the reception. Also stating it will take at-least a month for them to give the NOC with syllabus.
Is there anyway to obtain a syllabus for A320 or B737 faster? Do you have to declare which school you want to get the type rating from before?
Any help would be much appreciated.
