Mihin Air

Heard Through a Fly B that Young F/O were taken and overlooked Air force guys this time. Was it because Mihin Management doesn't trust the Air force standards where 2 of their Pilots failed the sim.?

We wanted to see the governments gratitude towards the Airforce Pilots to fly for Mihin Air

Mihin

About to crash lands, and they are so desperate to get rid of the existing F/O. Sri Lankan Airline has excess 75 pilots according to the news , so if the routes are cut then they will stay at home so the government wil sooner make them to fly Mihin where the funded trainee pilots may have to stay at home. What a shame...

Even the Mihin contract says line training is ' When available ' to save their butt, so once you get the rating its just useless and you loose USD 68 000 ...

they fail people purposly now to compensate the planes for trainee new pilots...
