Inigo's program is respectable and not unreasonable for a reimbursement bond as compared with an Eagle/Lion Air pay to fly program. A job is not being bought rather being earned as it should be.

The Indigo cadet programme is the best available in India at the moment. Now to the facts . No airline in India now offers free TRs . Even Air India now take only type rated people or deduct the TR cost in instalments. Now for the Indigo programme the cost is approx. 50 lacs but there is a selection procedure which is quite elaborate written test , then CASS (civil aircrew selection system ) then GD and PI . I personally know people who had the money and got rejected at the PI stage. And lastly please remember nobody will put you in the right seat of a 189 seater passenger jet unless you complete the training to the airlines satisfaction. I also personally know at least four people who have completed the Indigo cadet programme and have been inducted.
