Cebpac orders 37 planes

CebPac just announced an order for another 37 planes on top of 18 incoming. Airphil still has around 16 arriving whilst Air Asia Phils is eyeing 20 planes in 3 years. Not to count Zest and SeaAir and not even PAL. It sounds like a hiring explosion waiting to happen. How on earth will they find the crews when people are leaving for higher paying overseas jobs?
