Ah Haa ! So you were out there during the monsoons, must have been quiet an experience. I miss those breezy evening on the shores of Mumbai making a meal of BBQ Spiced Corn! Another unique to Mumbai. Very welcoming people.

For the most part I missed the monsoon season. It was just kicking off as I left. I also visited Delhi for a couple of days, hot and dusty. It was a few months before the commonwealth games. So lots of construction going on. They never heard of health and safety. But to be honest never heard of any serious accidents either. Maybe we are over cautious in our nanny state.lol.
By the time I get to India mid-late August, the monsoon should be tailing off.
Mumbai nights were lovely and warm. Everyone and their granny, yes really, was down by the sea, sitting on the sea walls until after midnight watching the world go by. Indians love people watching, one of my favourite past times.
Thanks for the memories.
