Vietnam Airlines
Gidday Crew at Vietnam Airlines. During April I flew 4 sectors with your company. The first was from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat. ATR72. My seat pocket contained the safety briefing card for a B777. I gave the card to a cabin crew member he placed the card back in the seat pocket. I again removed the card and told him to take the card away
Last sector was from Danang to Hanoi. During the safety demo no cabin crew participated in the Demo. The screens played the video clip the volume was muted. During the takeoff roll several other passengers said they didn't receive a safety briefing.
Is this standard?
