What I don't understand is,Why is the minimum requirement for a commander just a type rating on the specified aircraft,while for a F/O its 100 hours on type?

i think this ad was used just to piss off the striking pilots, and doubt air india is actually interested in hiring. exercise caution if you plan on applying.

Just a small advice..

If you are currently working as an 320 pilot anywhere then stay where you are dont get into this..

if you are unemployed with 100hrs or at least 320 rating then give it a try.

Yes provided they have over a 100 Hrs on Type.

why do you have to pay 500rs for the job application? is that what all indian operator does? pay them first to look at your application. And if there's more than what is stated, you get the job?
