How about answering posts with facts versus attacking an individual's decision to look elsewhere for employment. If you have something productive to add to the thread in regards to employment with Silk, please add to the discussion, otherwise STFU!

I am actually considering leaving the LHS with EK for the LHS with Silk. My sincere appreciations to those that have contributed.

Where is your proof that an FO with EK makes more than a Captain with Silk? You don't have any actual numbers of the salary of an FOs let along Captains. Suggest you do more homeworks before your next post.
