Training in HK--how do I get my hours up?

Hi All,
This is my first post on the website, and I am looking for some advice. I am currently based in HK and a member of the Hong Kong Aviation Club (HKAC). I am currently training for my PPL. However, given the restricted nature of flying with this club--only weekends and very popular (and they also close the base regulary so no flying at all!)--I am lucky to get 1 hour a week. Consequentially, I have been flying a year but only managed 19 hours, and still not done first solo (although should be soon): It has all been a little frustrating, and the lack of regular flying I think is disrupting my learning curve.
I am therefore looking for a place in asia I can go for a week or so and get my hours up, otherwise it will probably take me 3 years to get my PPL in HK. However, I am worried I won't be able to use those hours towards my PPL licence in HK.

Any advice on other places in Asia I can train that will be included towards my PPL?

many thanks in advance
