Good News - Indian ATPL Medical Validity

Finally some good news for the atpl holders (below the age of 40 ) .
A new draft has changed the rule 39 C which now makes atpl and cpl holders
below 40 years need to renew their medical only once in 12 months !
That makes a lot of us avoid standing in front of those air force guys every 6 months.
Am Celebrating.
