Hi Guys,

Which do you think is the best airline in India to work for? Based on work culture, flying, pay, promise, passenger satisfaction, roster etc.

Id love to work for Indigo / Jet Airways.

3rd and 4th would be KF / Spice. Never for Air India or Paramount.

Spice would be great company to work for if the HR dodos kept their grubby hands off flight ops.

Great cockpit environment, decent pay (for the earlier guys atleast) and relatively quick career progression.

Recently, six new IAF recruits flipped Spice the bird and went to Ifly just because of poor handling from HR. Gives you an idea of the farce this airline has turned into.

Yes they are under obligation, but in fact its a kind of rolling obligation, year on year..
