Canadian CPL to Philippines CPL

Hi
I hold a Canadian CPL+ME+IR i like to know how to convert my lic to Philippines CPL+ME+IR ,i currently have 238hrs , I went to CAAP and inquired abt the process ,the guy there directed me to a F.I who asked me 90K for conversion, mean while someone told me that to get my lic. converted i need to fly 200hrs on a RP(Phil) reg. a/c , iam confused now i dont wanna loose money and run behind them ,bcos as far as i know you need to pass Air Reg give a check ride and have a valid medical and get ur foreign cpl validated ,but the whole process and the rules are confusing now ,
i thank everyone here for their time and effort who replies and guides me .......

cheers
Rosario

Here is a link to Omni Aviation at Clarks conversion program:

Omni Aviation

You will have to contact them and see if this is PPL only or covers CPL as well
