What s the process like & how many are they likely to hire ?

I understand many acronym ICAO-FO-TRI-TRE very easy but,

I do not understand SQ

Really? It's simple...every airline in the world is assigned a 2 letter ID...BA for example, in this case SQ is for Singapore Airlines...SQ and C for cargo...very easy to do an online search for the rest of the world airlines...hope this helps!
