I called the HR and asked him whether they will be sending the mails of the rejected candidates later cuz all the guys who got their mails at 10 30 cleared. this is what he replied...
"its not like that, you all will be getting mails today..."
so.. just hoping what he meant was .. we are sending in batches and there are still some guys who have cleared and their mails will be sent soon.
just keeping my fingers crossed....

1 imp tip ! .. if in intrview u r askd wht aircraft u wanna fly, tell thm ATR. You'll be given boeing.
bt if u tell boering strght away thn they wud give u ATR ..

just got off the phone with hr..they say theyre still in process of sending mails and not sure if they'll be able to finish by today...

Just talked to HR.....said...
We are in process of sending mails, keep checking your mail as it will come soon...
I asked have the selected candidates got their mails and not selected will get now...
Said we cant tell you that, wait for your email...
So hoping we still have a bleak chance.......

This is not fair on HR's part. I mean it is just a matter of 150-200 candidates this time unlike in the case of written.
They should send the emails at once as I am sure they anyways don't send the mails individually.

I mean it is just a matter of 150-200 candidates this time unlike in the case of written.
In the world of excel and microsoft outlook a decent enough user can send 2000 customised mails based on a list in a matter of few minutes.
What is not fair for 150-200 candidates was not fair for 2000 candidates also...
