Topic for Group Discussion are-

1)Merits and Demerits of Flyby Wire Technology
2)Merits and Demerits of Autoland
3)MAerits and Demerits of Automation or level of Automation to be acheieved.
4)Aircraft on Approach with one wing low and winds from right.What is the 5)cause?The engine is allright as it was later checked on the ground.
6)If plane has crashed and passengers are left stranded What is the course of action taken by survival pilot?
7)Survival equipments to be carried by you and why?

Each day the topic at GD varies. And even on the same day the topic varies for each batch. You don't have to prepare anything. It is spontaneous and you will find it not so difficult.

The instructions are quite clear and a comfortable situation. Have a go at it!

The Panel for the interviews are not fixed.

They are changed randomly depending on the availability of the Senior Captains.

Finally over with interview.....

Result of interview will be out in month end...

I guess nearly 130-150 will be giving interview (nearly 100 have already given) ....

Dont know how much finally be selected....

i guess the number will surely exceed 150
it cannot be less than that
how many of you today gave interview
even if we keep avg of 15 per day then interviews are going to be held for 11 days so almost 165 total candidates

guess it will be after interview results
and last interview is expected to be on 27(dont know exactly)
so interview results might come on 28 or 30 aug
so sim tests will be next month only
no chances of this month
how did your interview go

The day I went for interview there were only 10 guys. But on an average I think 14 ppl per day. Any info on Sim?

I had the Group Discussions today and i found that few people didnt even turn up for there Gds.Very strange

Any idea how many seats are there in total?

No Of Vacancies

any idea as to how many vacancies are there- heard that there may be 125 or 45- huge variance...GD has been quite easy..i guess most of the ppl in the GD have been cald for interview.
