I don't think that they are gonna start the next recruitment that soon as they will take some time to absorb the ones they are training now and those who are next..

To one and all..
Right now the situation is.
1st batch of 24 have signed their contracts and their classes have already started.
10 odd people are done with their sims, and waiting for their medicals which can happen any day now.
Rest of the guys are waiting for their sim call and as of now all will be done with their sims by the end of this month.

Above given information by aviation_insider is absolutely true. Some 34 people gave IPT until the 4th september 2010 and the people who got the IPT done on 3rd and 4th september will give the medical test sometime this week and a batch of 24 has already started, which apparently have been called on the basis of Merit from all the exams... Remaining 10 people are on hold and of all those who have been selected i.e. cleared the interviews, will be finishing the IPT by the end of this month and would be taken in to batches of 24-25 every, so to speak, one and a half or two months... Apparently, I've heard that this induction would suffice Jet for the next 10-12 months, so not sure whether another induction/written test would be rolled out or not..!

You have no legal rights to know whats happening with 9W recruitments. Your situation may be slightly different if you were a shareholder but not much better.

Though I didn't make it past the written exams...... I still thought the JET recruitment was a very transparent process !!
But now after following this thread " Jet Airways Stage 2 " which obviously am not a part of........ i feel may be i was wrong... !!!!!

Well,
Just to educate people here, me and a few of my friends have cleared the Written, G.D. and P.I. as well and jus waitin for the IPT... And trust me, None of us have any contacts whatsoever ()... So, I dont have any reason to believe that the induction process is not FAIR/has not been FAIR... Unless, Jet Airways is really kind and loves me and my friends SOOO much that even though us not having any contacts whatsoever, that they'd let us fly the 737s.....Jus like that..!!
