Holding Speeds Manila
Can someone advise what the holding speeds are at Manila? ATC has reported no published limits.........speed your discretion. Is this true?
If not please advise the speeds and if possible the reference.

Holding Speeds in the Phillipines
The Phillipines has implemented ICAO Table 2
Max Holding Speeds
up to 6000ft 210 Kts
6000 - 14000ft 220 Kts
above 14000 ft 240 Kts
