Can You obtain a FATA with a PIO card (not require a Work Visa) I have worked in India for 2 years on a FATA & now hold a PIO, can I still get the FATA whilst working towards Indian CPL please?? Thanks for Your answers

If you are an Indian National you are allowed 120 day renewal of FATA to get your conversion done.
Besides that all other rules apply just like foreign nationals.
Is a PIO an Indian National? Perfectly legal answer is NO. But DGCA doesn't always go for perfectly legal stuff.
