Air India Regional.
I have just been offered two jobs in India as captain on ATRīs 
.
One of them is with Air India Regional (Alliance Air). Anyone out there with Air India Regional experience. The contractual conditions are fine - but how is real life on the flightline?

-how is the flying in Air India Regional?
-Are all there 7 ATR working?
-Salary n perks for a First Officer? How much a first officer takes home per month?
-I have heard, unlike other Employees of Air India Organisation, Alliance Air/Air India regional do get there salary on time. Is it true?
- and any other info on Air India Regional/Alliance Air to be known!

Offered me a captain job on the ATR with a wonderful schedule of 10 weeks on-two weeks off. Would not budge on the scheduling.
Took a 6 and 3 B744 FO job instead in a much cleaner place.

My roomie was an F/O with them. He has recently left them for IndiGo, but here are his words.
Depending upon base, 20-30 Hours / month on a 45 Hr contract.
No. 3-4 at any given time. Usually less.
Approx. INR One lakh with the latest revision.
False. Infact he is suing the management for about 6 months of outstanding dues.
Avoid with a barge-pole.
