Foreign pilots in India and retirement age

Anyone know what the real story is about Indian airlines not being allowed to employ foreign pilots after 2011 and those employed by them having to leave? Also heard that the retirement age for airline pilots is being reduced to 60 from the current 65??

Looking for others to get kicked out so you can succeed???

How bout hoping for growth with airlines in India requiring significant hiring in the near future.

Lets all try to be positive.
