I've worked for RAL and now work for PARC. Both on the A320 in VAC. PARC is streets ahead of RAL. I changed through a small loophole about 3 years ago.
Dreamland is the RAL rep. He gets 500 USD a month to be their bitch boy in town so he will push RAL at all costs.
Listen to whats being said here. I haven't seen any lies about RAL and their treatment of pilots. It's all true.
Parc pilots will get a 2% pay raise in September. Is RAL getting it too?

Dreamland is Rishworths B@#$#$boy, but he is OK. Took good care of all of us. No gripes at all with him, just the opposite. Unfortunately, he is the only part of Rishworth that did that. The rest of Rishworthless can best be categorized as white collar criminals. Their financial interest is in conflict with yours as a pilot, so you effectively have another opponent, in a 3rd corner.
No one ever works for Rishworth twice. I joked with the Parc rep a year ago at a Parc party "do you know what is the best advertisement for Parc Aviation"? Rishworth pilots!!!!!
Rishworths reps are all lawyers, and their financial interest is in conflict with yours. Worse, they actively seek ways to rip you off. Happened to me 3 times in 18 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
