I applied to A-Net for the Dash8 Captain position with all the requirements but no way to get even to the screening. What kind of human beings are they looking for?

50% of looking for a job is managing expectations,
this is a sought after contract and there are a lot of experienced guys after it so don't take it personal if they didn't offer an interview.
