Omni Aviation in the Philippines does not have an "N" registered aircraft.
I know a couple of "N" registered aircraft in Manila but they are both twin corporate jets. A Westwind and a Citation Bravo.
Try calling Sunwest aviation in Manila, I heard a year ago that they were buying a couple of C172s from the U.S.

N Reg
I think there are options in MY and SG. Mainly Cirrus. Check out Integrated based at KL (Subang) they might know. There is also an N reg C172 at Subang. Good luck and if you are in KL give me a bell, I have an FAA PP and IR too.
