I see they are advertising again on 350.com
B747/200 Capt 9500USD FO 5200 USD.
No Benefits and own Tax, I guess they mean Tax is your prob?.
I also notice a 747 named Shogun Parked by LCCT SIN with 3 Engines.

Here's the deal: To be FO you need 1000 hrs PIC in a jet ac above 20000KG, 500 PIC on B747 classic & current on type. All for USD 5200 before tax in Singapore? Is this for real?

Oh yes good old shogun with the exploded engine. Makes a good photo while waiting in line to take off.
I remember a couple years back before the downturn, they were hiring FOs with a fresh cpl out of flying school. 250 hours in a light A/C, jumping straight into a 747! Now thats amazing.

I remember a couple years back before the downturn, they were hiring FOs with a fresh cpl out of flying school. 250 hours in a light A/C, jumping straight into a 747! Now thats amazing.

nothing new in this country - SIA/SQC/MI/ Tiger / Jetstar all do it.

Yup every airline do it - just some do it alot "better " than others - almost like a competition between them to see who can come up with the most diabolical low paying, training grabbing contracts.
