Understanding of Indian General Aviation

My qualifications include 1300+ S/E and over a 1000+ Instructing on GA aircraft's. In the scheme of acquiring a job with one of the GA operators in India where does my qualifications stand?? I am an Indian national currently overseas any help in giving me a understanding of the employment scene will be greatly regards.

2 things.

Firstly you have to pay for your type rating and you sould know someone who can get you a job in the company.

The above applies to both GA operators and airlines in India.

why dont you fly a couple of hundred hours more and get the ATP.If you can afford to get a type then that will put in a pretty good spot and with out a bond ...
