Flight training in Bhutan?

Does anyone know the status of flight training in Bhutan? Are all ab-initio students sent overseas or are some trained at home? In the event that there IS a school in Bhutan, what are the chances of an expat scoring a job there, either teaching or bush/mountain work?

You get my nomination for the most optimistic post on pprune for 2010. Being a country of only 1/2 million people, and judging by the type of terrain the country has and an elevation of 7000 ft of their only airport, I doubt very much that Bhutan has a flying school conducting ab-initio flight training.

But judging by this video, I can understand why you'd like to work there. It looks like a stunning place to live and fly!
