What would you make up of a company who just took pages out of your contract and tell you later the deal has change with no consent from you at all....
This happen when me & friends were there during the 911 & SARS.
Fine it was a down turn.....but never got it back when things turnaround for the better....
IPs & Check Airmen are like GOD.. Those who dont think there are GOD still feels that they are GODs gift to Aviation...
A fellow Capt reached his end of contract at the age of 59 years and 10 months.His contract was not extended to deprive him of the maximum gratuity.
( 2X last drawn pay X no of years of service if you finish at 60)
That 5 years was my most miserables years in my 35 years of flying career.
