Flying in Vietnam

Hi guys and gals, is there anyone out there that can give me an idea of what it's like to fly in vietnam during the typhoon season? Specifically anyone working for Vietnam Airlines as I'm looking at moving out there and I'm trying to get some more information.
Many thanks in advance

Weather across Vietnam is typical ITCZ during the wet season. You will find daily developing weather up to FL500. Typhoons don't often hit Vietnam, although sometimes happens, but they do not normally get there with full strengh. Usually are downgraded to Tropical Storms or Depressions when they get to the eastern Vietnamese coast.

Weather during the Dry season is good in the south, low vis in the north.

Cheers
