"Special" gaijin at AirDo??

Have to wonder the future for the 3 (4?) gaijin remaining in AirDo, part of the "low cost" aspect of the ANA group.

JAL and its various entities having completed the gaijin purge in response to their (terminal??) state - although a cheaper workforce so maybe change for change sake/smoke and mirrors?? surely not! - and ANK confirming no contract renewals one might wonder.

Both Skymark and SkynetAsia have too many gaijin for a purge in the immediate future - does not translate to any long term job security though - to prepare and update english manuals for a couple of gaijin in the current environment when so many Retired, Esteemed Japanese Captains are available and only too happy to sign up, and the airline is expanding at a rapid rate, seems strange.

One wonders how the AirDo gaijin see their Japanese careers??
