I understand exactly what you are talking about in regards to your medical. I used to be a national class cyclist and competed for a qualification for the US olympic team and have a resting heart rate of 39. My doctor usually has me do squats to get my rate up to around ninety and then I rest until down to sixty beats and takes the print of the EKG.
I have considered applying for one of the Japan contracts. Can't you go to a local cardiologist and get your medical signed off based on his findings of a sound heart? How can they just reject when you have no heart deficiency?
