Where can I do a JOC or MCC course in Asia?

Wonder if any of you know where I can do a Jet Orientation Course or Multi-Crew Co-operation course around SE Asia.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

yes i will go on eventually to do a type rating on the A320 so maybe it'll be better to do it at CAE.
