VN Engineering Hanoi

Hi All, I see a lot of discussion on the VN flight crew contracts (RAL v Parc), but what is the situation with the engineering support contract? Who has that now and what is the deal like?

I am not aware of any support contract, what information have you heard, just curious?

They have one or two foriegn guys (Classified as "Experts") around on the 777, but not aware of any for Airbus or ATR. There might be one "Expert" on the A330, but I can't say with any certainty.
