No Examiner's in India. And if you go to UK and get a UK RTR,
1. You have a UK pilots license as well. The RT be converted by filling an application.
2. You have a UK RT, but You do not have a UK pilots license, then you have to write the Part 1 exam of Indian RTR (Which is the transmission test).
In both cases the Indian RT will be valid for 3 years. In the 1st option, fill a form every 3 years. And in the second option give the Transmission Exam every 3 years to get a Indian RTR.
Silent.

in the second option too it will be filling the form and renewing the indian RTR
every three years till such time the foreign RT is valid. as far as i know, the UK RT
is valid for 15 years.
