Can anybody give me any information about Alliance air, India ?
Rostering, routes, base, rapport, ... etc.

The most things I want to know are usual monthly flying hours of commander and main route in case of Delhi base as well as reliability of maintenance.
Also, any information about screening and level of copilots would be welcomed.

usual monthly flying hours of commander

once you are in you will fly like a commander. generally 100 hrs a month like any other LCC .
but AA i will say better than other LCCs (stable conditions).
with 6 months+ work you will be able to decide your roster as well.

various level copilots will give new dimension to your experience.

reliability of maintenance

you will fly cirtified airworthy a/cs some times under MEL.
a/cs are dry leased.

It is very much true. All jobs are contractual!!
