Question for those in the Philippines

I am thinking about moving back to the Philippines within the next few years and I am curious about my possible employment--I qualify for dual citizenship.

1. How easy/difficult would it be for a 45-year old to break-into the airlines? (Pal/Cebpac, etc). I am new to the profession and am currently a part-time CFI (I can't quit and do it full-time bec. of the money). I anticipate having over 500-600 hrs TT by the time I return home.

2. I also have a RW ppl add-on and am also thinking about flying helicopters as a career, but before I pursue it, I was wondering what the market is like for helicopter pilots in the Philippines (even it it's instructing, I'll take-it).

Thanks in advance
