Fuel contamination

Does anybody have any experience with contaminated fuel in Delhi.

We generally refuel on stands 81-92 international appron, and lately picked up a fair amount of water which was not visable on the sample they showed us, as i guess this is fuel which remained in the pump from a previous refuel.

Not sure so maybe somebody can enlighten me, it is christmas after all !!

best regards and saison's greetings

Fuel contamination? Fuel & Alcohol don't mix.

Seriously, no personal experience of this problem in Delhi.

How did you detect the water and what was your next step?

Happy landings.

You should see the contaminated fuel at Omni Aviation, Clark Ave in PI subcontracts the flying to them and they use MOGAS instead of AVGAS as its half the price, even the engine maker emailed them to stop it but profit before safety. Plus the mogas got water in it too.
